Perhaps not everyone knows that Veneto is a land of a thousand surprises.

So here our journey takes us to Arquà, which bears the name of the great man of letters who lived here, Francesco Petrarca. We walk through the cobbled streets, we breathe the verses that inspired the poet, the quiet place surrounded by greenery and we meditate while time stops and we find ourselves curious.

So let's move towards the unexpected and fun water games that welcome the serene visitor in the monumental Valsanzibio garden of the Villa, wanted by the noble Barbarigo family. Many of the plants date back to 1600 and are part of Bernini's original project, a venerable age that give them great charm.

The cathartic path that the traveler carries on between hedges and admirably sculpted fountains is rich in poetic verses that invite the visitor to reflect.
