Hungry?
We too got a little peckish thinking about a sumptuous portion of Tortellini di Valeggio!

The "agnolin" is created by hand and comes from a noble fourteenth-century legend: the Nymph Silvia and the Visconti' friend Captain Malco, madly in love, placed a yellow silk cloth knotted as a symbol of their ardent sentiment, before disappearing forever in the River Mincio.
The meat filling is also often enriched with seasonal vegetables, but the intense flavor of Bardolino wine cannot be missing inside.
The Tortellino di Valeggio is the lunch leitmotif in our tour The Beauty of Slowness.
